Kha My riverside Villa & Cafe

We stayed in this beautiful villa for 2 months. We lived in the courtyard on 2nd floor and had good privacy and very quiet. We had access to 2 shared kitchens . No construction or Karaoke. Beautiful gardens to sit and enjoy a coffee. Lovely treehouse terrace with views of the river and time to relax and watch the world go by. Duong is a wonderful host and we were sorry to leave 🥰

The only mistake I made in booking this place was only staying one night. This is an absolute beautiful villa. Very romantic and charming. The service was incredible. They were very accommodating with my early schedule and still made breakfast and gave me a ride to the airport. I hope I get to make it back here and have a chance to revisit this magical villa. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay here. My daughter and family stayed in a hotel nearby and they wished they had stayed here instead as it is so beautiful. It is a twenty minute walk along the river into the old town with lots of shops and restaurants on the way. The breakfasts were delicious and our hosts went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Would definitely stay here again.

Georgous place right on the river. Coffee was sublime and the atmosphere was glorious. You must visit this place when in Hoian. Its like a fairy land

What a great experience at this hotel, great spot, easy walk to old town, close to Ba Le market. The breakfast is customized to your taste and time and fantastic. The real treat is the manager Duong, she really made the stay great. Wonderful person, great personality and so so helpful. I would stay at the Villa again but I would follow Duong to another one if she left. Thank you Duong, for being so helpful and generous with your time.
