The Vietnamese savory pancakes at this place aren't as oily as at other places, but there aren't enough varieties of vegetables.

The Vietnamese savory pancake (Bánh xèo) was delicious and crispy. The dipping sauce was authentically Southern Vietnamese, slightly sweet, but still tasty.

I went out to eat with a friend. My portion consisted of 6 shrimp and pork pancakes (8k each) and a bottle of herbal tea (10k), totaling exactly 58k. We didn't use napkins and didn't order anything else. When they brought out the drinks, they automatically added two glasses of ice. I thought that's normal, something that comes with a bottle of water. When it came time to pay, the lady charged me 60k. I asked why, and she initially said it was for the 2k for the iced tea. Excuse me, but when did I order iced tea? I only ordered one bottle of herbal tea. When I questioned her, she changed her tone, saying the 2k was for the two glasses of ice. "They just bring it out and charge you, without asking? It's only 2k, not that I can't afford it, but doing business like this requires a lot of self-preservation. Sometimes it's iced tea, sometimes it's just glasses of ice. Such dishonest business practices lack ethics."

I'm absolutely obsessed with Binh Dinh food 🤤 I love the rice paper here, it's thick and perfect for wrapping. The vegetables are fresh and plentiful, and extra vegetables are free. Rice rolls are 15k, bigger than my mouth. Grilled pork skewers are 50k, and the savory pancakes are 7k each. Two iced teas, total 99k, I was completely full.

This has been my favorite place for 15 years. I've been eating their banh xeo (Vietnamese savory pancake) since 2010. The pancakes are crispy, delicious, and have a distinct Binh Dinh flavor. This place is near Hutech and Van Lang universities.
