This place was amazing. Best Bahn Mi I’ve ever had and the owner was so lovely explaining the food to us. I even got the bang xeo on top after my bahn mi. Only thing is it’s hard to find. The location on Google Maps is not accurate. We had to go down onto the Main street where the Clubs are, walk down it and then went up a side street and found her at the top of it. So worth it. Definitely come here.
Found her on the Main Street and reviews were true, banh mi was very delicious!! Weekday midday she was out of Banh xeo. Owner very friendly and spoke basic English to help modify our orders. Will be back again.

The reviews are real. This place serves delicious banh xeo in the heart of hcmc district 1. My wife a Vietnamese who has a local palate said it's more than good. The lady boss is kind, lovely and speaks some English. I really enjoyed the banh xeo here, especially they are not stingy with the herbs and lettuce. Limited space so be patient and wait a little and don't give up waiting. It's definitely worth the wait. Don't try to take away banh xeo, its meant to eat it while it's hot.
