So this is what a Michelin-recognized dining experience feels like. We came here absolutely starving after spending hours at more wedding gown fittings for my daughter. She was the one who found this place, and I’m so glad she did. What we thought would be a light late lunch quickly turned into a feast. As usual, we over-ordered—enough food for three or four people when it was just the two of us—so we ended up taking leftovers home. That certainly wasn’t because the food wasn’t good. Quite the opposite. Every dish we ordered was incredibly flavorful, beautifully presented, and surprisingly delicious. It’s easy to see why this restaurant has earned Michelin recognition for four consecutive years. The quality speaks for itself. The restaurant is small and can feel a little chaotic because it’s always packed, but once the food arrives, you understand why. It’s the kind of place people happily wait for. If you’re looking for exceptional food that’s both visually stunning and genuinely satisfying, this place absolutely delivers. I left very impressed, and I would definitely come back the next time I’m in Ho Chi Minh City.

It’s the best Vietnamese cuisine I had. We ordered almost 6 dishes and ALL OF IT taste really good. My personal fav would be the omelette dish. Trust me you will go WOW! It’s a must ordered dish. Another wow dish is a low key looking, grilled chicken. The chicken was perfectly grilled, juicy, the the green chilli sauce was perfect for each other. It’s too good and we paid a second visit during the trip before we head home ✨

Food was good overall. A shoutout to Pedat, who patiently demonstrated how to wrap everything, which made the experience even better. My favourite was definitely the shrimp & pork pancake—crispy, flavourful, and worth coming back for. The beef skewer bánh mì was a little tough for me to chew, while the noodles were decent. The only downside is that the restaurant is split into three separate outlets (Bếp Mẹ In, Mẹ In Noodle, and Bánh Mì Mẹ In), so although you can order everything together, payment has to be made separately. Overall, I'd definitely return for the pancake.

Best Vietnamese food we tried so far. We ordered their bun cha, banh xeo, and shrimp fried rice. The Salted Lemon and the Kumquat drinks were very refreshing. Staff gave exemplary service. Special shout out to Vicenzo who taught us how to properly eat banh xeo. Also, kudos to the staff because I left my handheld fan on our table and when we returned after an hour, it was still there 🥹

We had a great dining experience at Bep Me In, and a big part of that was thanks to Sam, the manager. Sam was incredibly accommodating and attentive throughout our visit. He took the time to help us choose our dishes and made sure we ordered the right amount of food for two people, which we really appreciated. His recommendations and attention to detail helped make our meal enjoyable and stress-free. The food was generally very good, and we enjoyed most of the dishes we ordered. The only item that wasn't quite to our taste was the bamboo fried chicken, but everything else was delicious and well-prepared. Thank you, Sam, for your excellent service and hospitality. Your effort and care made our dining experience a memorable one, and we truly appreciated how welcome you made us feel.
