Ordered Sanda pork for ¥1300. Owner is well verse in English and extremely friendly. Egg was liquidy so you can code the rice only issue is the katsu and egg was blocking it. Katsu was tender and the fatty part was definitely very flavorful. Only issue is there is just not enough of the fatty part. And just personal preference, I don't like so much onion in my egg. Otherwise a very flavorful experience in this small little shop.
One of the best meals I’ve had during my stay in Japan. The katsudon was good, though a bit milder in flavor. The karaage was delicious! Highly recommend getting the yuzu fruit sake. THE best alcohol I’ve had. The owner was also very friendly. The place is quite small, but there were free seats when we went at 9pm after a long day exploring.
For our first time in Osaka coming from Montreal we were truly blown away by our dining experience!! The food was exceptional, and it’s amazing to see and experience someone that cares so much about what they serve. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!
So happy we found some blogs recommending this place. It has been the best meal we’ve had in Osaka. Katsu Don was incredible, so good I ordered 2… All the dishes we had didn’t miss. K the owner was very hospitable and was great to chat to. Highly recommend this place!
Lovely experience having dinner here. Was a one-man show while I was there, nonetheless food was delicious. The chicken wings were de-boned yet kept in shape which was a pleasant experience to eat. Will recommend!
