It’s an excellent air-conditioned escape from the heat, complete with free iced tea. ### The Highlights * **The Broth:** Easily one of the best. Deeply aromatic, flavorful, and perfectly tangy. It's so good you'll want to drink it straight without adding chili. * **The Stone Pot:** Worth the higher price. It's no gimmick—it keeps the soup boiling hot so you can add raw vegetables without making the broth lukewarm. * **The Meats:** Stick to the **raw beef shank** and **beef ribs**, which are incredibly tender. Avoid the **well-done flank**, which is tough and chewy. **Verdict:** Definitely worth a return visit this trip—just make sure to get a whole bowl to yourself. Can pay by card, google pay, NFC 105k for stone pot
So good. This has been one of my favorite places to eat in Vietnam. The food is very fresh and made so you can see what they're doing. The restaurant has AC and fans so it feels comfortable. Even the waiters are all super nice and many of them speak English which was very helpful for us. They're very patient and nice and the food is amazing.
Excellent Pho restaurant. I had the Hot Pot with beef balls and well done flank steak. The quality of the broth is exceptional and you get to add in so much additional flavour with the additional vegetables and the bean shoots. I also added extra flavour with the pickled garlic, the chili onions , fresh sliced chilis and the chili paste . The hotpot experience is fun, the pot keeps your broth hot for what seems like forever We also had a great kumquat tea and a pineapple carrot juice.
The best pho we have had in Ho Chi Minh!!! We loved that you could watch the rice noodles being handmade and how they prep all the food. Everything was so fresh and tasty and the staff were all so friendly. We went twice whilst we were there. Highly recommend!
HELLO VIETNAM FIRST THING PHO 🇻🇳 It was our first meal and it was really good! The food was delicious and a great intro to Vietnamese cuisine. The staff were also very accommodating and friendly, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended!
