Restaurant Trung Tuyết

This is an internet-famous restaurant, but it wasn't very crowded when I visited probably because the weather was a scorching 37°C. I ordered the small size of their signature Com Chay with pork for 100,000 VND. The soup has a thick, porridge-like consistency; you're supposed to break the crispy rice cracks into the bowl and stir them into the broth. It's not bad, but even the small portion is quite heavy, so I’d recommend sharing it between at least two people, as a solo diner might find it too rich. I also ordered the milk for 10,000 VND, but it was a bit too greasy for my taste.

By far the best meal I’ve had in Vietnam. If you know Vietnam, you know how hard that is to rate. That Fried Beef and Pineapple is absolutely second to none. I should have ordered two servings.

Super good food. You have to wait a little bit but its totally worth it. Sweet and sour chichen and beef with pineapple are amazing. Super friendly staff Portions are veeeery generous 😂

Really enjoyed it here! Our food (vegan) was super delish & the portions were generous. Service was amazing (we even got some crackers & bananas for free) and the value for money is excellent. Highly recommended!☺️

I had a great meal here late one evening, I think it must’ve been shortly before closing because there was no one else around. I had the Pho and it was very tasty with a really fresh, clean broth that was full of lots of subtle flavours and the noodles were the perfect texture as well👌 the lady that served me was very friendly, helpful and also gave me a plate of free bananas and some sweet cracker type things that were very nice. I had an iced milk coffee as well and it was brilliant 👍 I think this came to 75,000vnd so a very fair price in my opinion. I highly recommend!
