My go-to resto for a very tasty dish with reasonable price.. I usually order the beef steak 123 or the roasted chicken with fried rice.. Just expect long wait during peak hours.. And yes, staff's English is limited, so you gotta be patient. But the menu has English translation, so you will be fine!

Additionally, the staff service could be more professional. There was no guidance or suggestion about the menu, which made ordering less convenient for first-time visitors. That being said, the food quality did help balance the experience, and the restaurant has potential to deliver a better overall impression with small improvements in service speed and customer care. Overall, I’d rate Com 123 at 4 out of 5 stars. It’s worth a visit if you’re focused on taste, but be prepared for slightly higher prices and a bit of waiting time.

We ate here in 2015 and cane back again. Solid meal, chicken BBQ and Pork Cutlets. Staff friendly and quick service. $9 US for two. Would recommend.

Been here since i was a kid. Best BBQ chicken. The recipe has stayed the same. This is my childhood. However recently the size of the drumsticks are getting smaller by a third. This portion is perfect for me but not for any adult men. Please reconsider increasing the price or give 2 options for size.

I ended up sitting at a table that had just been cleared from the previous diner’s meal. Whether due to poor building design or an overwhelming number of customers, the internet was completely unusable, with no signal for online access. Despite the high volume of patrons, the wait time for food was around 15 minutes, which seemed reasonable. The food itself was decent—not outstanding but slightly better than the average rice dish in Vietnam, though the price reflected that with a slight premium. The crowd was a mixed bag, with some reserved, some polite, and others lacking basic manners. Ultimately, the excessive crowding and long wait times diminished the experience. If I’m paying above average for a rice set, I’d expect a more comfortable and enjoyable dining environment.
