I came for lunch and it was pretty crowded with both local and tourists. First impression is that the place seemed a bit unfriendly and ordering was a bit hectic. Food wise I heard this place was very good but honestly it didn’t seem to be the case.
Friend recommended this place. The bun rieu/crab vermicelli soup (20K) is fantastic and fresh. The owner's daughter speaks English and a bit of German.
Would not recommend this spot. The lady serving the food behaved very unprofessionally and tried to grab money directly from my hand, which made me very uncomfortable. Customers should be careful when paying and make sure to count and handle their money themselves to avoid being overcharged or confused during payment. Customer service should never be handled that way. The food was also disappointing — it was very oily, and the sauces in the plastic containers looked unclean. The utensils and tables also appeared unhygienic. Overall, I did not have a good experience here.
