Phở Yến Béo

For me, best bowl of Pho here. Better those in Michelin guide. The broth has an extra level of depth compare to the rest. The special bowl has different kind of meats and organs that enhances the favour. Fantastic stuff the was very memorable. The other good thing is zero waiting for top quality stuff. Makes me feel stupid to wait for a long time for some of those in the Michelin guide.

I ordered this Pho from Grab. This has been my fourth (and best!) bowl of Pho since arriving in Hanoi. The broth was incredibly flavorful, but not overpowering. It was rich, and delicious. I felt like I didn't even need to add a lot to the broth to "enhance" the flavor. With every bite, I really tried to savor it, truly delicious. Maybe the best pho I've ever eaten. I've never added a poached egg, but that was absolutely the right move. The packaging that came with the pho was well thought out. Nothing spilled. Tightly packaged and secured. Overall, delicious, savory and well worth the value!

Our absolutely favourite place in Hanoi and glad it’s close to our accommodation. We ate here several times and they even recognised us when we went back. The owners are so sweet and food is amazing. Definitely we’ll be back!!

We tried Phở Yến Béo and had a great experience. The pho here is very traditional and full of authentic Vietnamese flavors. The broth was rich and comforting, exactly what you’d hope for from a classic bowl of pho. Overall, a simple but satisfying meal — totally recommended if you’re looking for genuine Vietnamese pho in Hanoi.
