Went on a jeep tour, as part of the tour, lunch was provided at this spot. Dishes were reasonable great to be honest eventhough you know they work with tour groups. Serving sizes are generous and quite an assortment of dishes available. A relatively wonderful experience. There is a beautiful large mural right outside the restaurant as you walk out, you’ll be able to see it as it’s right across. Good photo-taking opportunity.

We visited Phở Cuốn 31 as part of our jeep tour, and it was a fantastic, authentic stop. The place is simple, local, and full of character—exactly what you hope for when looking for a genuine Vietnamese food experience. The salad was amazing, with a slightly more vinegary dressing that made it stand out. The summer rolls, made with freshly prepared rice paper, were excellent, and the bún (served cold) was also very good. Overall, a solid choice for lunch if you’re looking for authentic flavors in a relaxed setting.

We had a great experience at Pho Cuon 31. The food was fresh and delicious, especially the pho cuon, which was light, flavorful, and well-prepared. Service was quick and friendly, making it an easy and enjoyable stop. The restaurant was clean, including the bathroom, which is always a plus. Overall, a reliable spot for a satisfying, no-fuss meal in Hanoi.

You'll get a great deal of food for your money. The rolls are big, making it tricky to handle them with the chopsticks. The fried pho cuon was a bit deeper fried than others we've tried, those are a bit more fluffy. Great to grab a plate share.

Excellent food in a local restaurant, full of Vietnamese families and us as the only tourists. Fast service and great food.
