Lady boss told us it's nicer to eat with the chilli and garlic they have on the table. It's a humble store selling just crab noodles but honestly one of my favourite dish in hanoi, go with chilli if you can eat spicy food. Definitely a must try local dish! Cheap and good!
Quite a delight dish with a friendly owner. Water bowl is more suitable have the softer noodle but I still prefer the mixed one. Sorry for the quality of the picture, dine in in a rush.
